{"id":12139,"date":"2022-03-18T12:18:29","date_gmt":"2022-03-18T18:18:29","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/queretaronetwork.tv\/?p=12139"},"modified":"2022-03-18T12:18:29","modified_gmt":"2022-03-18T18:18:29","slug":"secretaria-de-salud-se-suma-a-la-conmemoracion-del-dia-mundial-del-sueno","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/queretaronetwork.tv\/index.php\/2022\/03\/18\/secretaria-de-salud-se-suma-a-la-conmemoracion-del-dia-mundial-del-sueno\/","title":{"rendered":"Secretar\u00eda de Salud se suma a la conmemoraci\u00f3n del D\u00eda Mundial del Sue\u00f1o"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"s8\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"s4\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">La Secretar\u00eda de Salud del estado de Quer\u00e9taro (SESA) se suma al D\u00eda Mundial del Sue\u00f1o, que se conmemora el tercer viernes<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s4\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s4\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">de marzo de cada a\u00f1o, a fin de\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s4\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">sensibilizar a la poblaci\u00f3n\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s4\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">sobre<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s4\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">\u00a0la importancia de dormir bien y las consecuencias de no hacerlo, las cuales son un factor de riesgo de diversos padecimientos y reduce de forma significativa la calidad de vida.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"s8\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"s4\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">El D\u00eda Mundial del Sue\u00f1o es organizado por la Asociaci\u00f3n Mundial de Medicina del Sue\u00f1o desde 2008 y este a\u00f1o el lema es\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s13\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">&#8220;<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s13\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">Sue\u00f1o<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s13\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">\u00a0de calidad,\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s13\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">mente sana, mundo feliz<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s13\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">&#8220;.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"s8\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"s13\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">La Organizaci\u00f3n Mundial de la Salud (OMS) reconoce 88 tipos distintos de trastornos del sue\u00f1o, el insomnio es el m\u00e1s frecuente.<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s13\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s13\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">El insomnio cr\u00f3nico afecta a entre\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s13\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">ocho<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s13\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">\u00a0y 10 por ciento de la poblaci\u00f3n adulta, mientras que el insomnio transitorio lo sufre alrededor de 40 por ciento de la poblaci\u00f3n de cualquier pa\u00eds occidental.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"s8\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"s13\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">La mala calidad del sue\u00f1o puede ser un desencadenante de determinados trastornos neurol\u00f3gicos y la OMS asegura que no dormir lo necesario ya es una epidemia mundial, en tanto que cada vez es mayor el reconocimiento del sue\u00f1o en la salud p\u00fablica.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"s8\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"s13\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">El sue\u00f1o es importante en las diferentes etapas de la vida, por lo que\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s4\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">en el caso de los reci\u00e9n nacidos el tiempo de sue\u00f1o es de 14 a 17 horas o m\u00e1s; en ni\u00f1os y adolescentes va de\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s4\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">nueve\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s4\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">a 10 horas; los adultos requieren de\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s4\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">siete<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s4\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">\u00a0a\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s4\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">ocho\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s4\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">horas, y los mayores de 65 a\u00f1os suelen dormir menos de\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s4\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">siete<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s4\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">\u00a0horas.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"s8\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"s13\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">Entre los principales trastornos del sue\u00f1o est\u00e1n los siguientes:\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"s12\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"s10\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">Apnea del Sue\u00f1o:\u00a0patrones anormales en la respiraci\u00f3n<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s10\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">,<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s10\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">\u00a0interrumpiendo el sue\u00f1o profundo.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"s12\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"s10\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">Insomnio:\u00a0dificultad para conciliar el sue\u00f1o o permanecer dormido.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"s12\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"s10\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">Narcolepsia:\u00a0somnolencia extrema o trastorno cr\u00f3nico del sue\u00f1o durante el d\u00eda.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"s12\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"s10\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">S\u00edndrome de las piernas inquietas o enfermedad de Willis-<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s10\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">Ekbom<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s10\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">:\u00a0impulso de movilizar las piernas al tratar de dormir, as\u00ed como sensaciones de hormigueo, ardor y comez\u00f3n.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"s8\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"s14\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">La presencia de la enfermedad COVID-19 se ha acompa\u00f1ado de un incremento en los trastornos del sue\u00f1o secundarios al aislamiento y los cambios en la salud mental de la poblaci\u00f3n. En China se report\u00f3 un incremento del 18<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s14\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">por ciento<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s14\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">\u00a0en las alteraciones del sue\u00f1o.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"s8\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"s4\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">La memoria se deteriora hasta en un 40 por ciento con una sola noche sin dormir, siendo de llamar la atenci\u00f3n que la capacidad para recordar emotividad negativa s\u00f3lo disminuye en un 20 por ciento; es decir, se deteriora m\u00e1s el recordar emotividad positiva.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"s8\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"s4\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">Esto genera una memoria sesgada que recuerda m\u00e1s eventos negativos que positivos\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s4\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">si\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s4\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">\u201cMemoria es Identidad\u201d, qu\u00e9 somos si s\u00f3lo recordamos lo negativo; si \u201cSomos lo que queremos olvidar\u2026\u201d \u00bfen d\u00f3nde nos deja esto? En la sensaci\u00f3n de tener una vida deprimente (aun cuando esto no sea cierto). Es por ello que el no dormir se asocia a depresi\u00f3n que requiere atenci\u00f3n psiqui\u00e1trica.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"s8\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"s4\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">Los s\u00edntomas de no dormir se caracterizan por fatiga f\u00edsica y mental, rendimiento f\u00edsico e intelectual disminuido, irritabilidad, puede haber palidez, ojeras.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"s8\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"s4\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">Si tienes dificultad para conciliar el sue\u00f1o, o te despiertas con frecuencia durante las noches, despiertas antes de lo debido, sientes que no duermes (aunque los dem\u00e1s te dicen que s\u00ed duermes) o duermes, pero no descansas; te han dicho que roncas al dormir:\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s4\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">a<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s4\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">cude al\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s4\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">Centro<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s4\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">\u00a0de\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s4\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">Salud.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"s8\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"s4\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">Entre las recomendaciones m\u00e1s comunes para tener un sue\u00f1o de calidad destacan establecer un horario regular; si existe el h\u00e1bito de dormir siesta, evitar que exceda de 45 minutos; evitar la ingesta de alcohol al menos cuatro horas antes de acostarse y no fumar; evitar el consumo de cafe\u00edna, t\u00e9, chocolate o bebidas energ\u00e9ticas al menos seis horas antes de dormir.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"s8\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"s4\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">Asimismo, evitar comidas con alto contenido de carbohidratos al menos cuatro horas antes de dormir; hacer ejercicio regularmente, pero no inmediatamente antes de acostarse; utilizar ropa de cama c\u00f3moda y agradable; encontrar un nivel de temperatura agradable y mantener la habitaci\u00f3n bien ventilada, y eliminar el ruido que pueda causar distracci\u00f3n y evitar la luminosidad de las habitaciones al m\u00e1ximo durante la noche.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La
