Con el objetivo de atender el rezago educativo y analfabetismo en la entidad, la secretaria de Educaci\u00f3n, Martha Elena Soto Obreg\u00f3n, encabez\u00f3 la presentaci\u00f3n del programa Sectorial de Educaci\u00f3n, ah\u00ed destac\u00f3 que se han enfocado todos los esfuerzos en impulsar a este sector y enfatiz\u00f3 que se cont\u00f3 con las voces de todas y todos en la elaboraci\u00f3n de este plan, a fin de convertirlo en un instrumento vivo para llevar a Quer\u00e9taro al siguiente nivel.<\/p>\n

\u201cEn el programa sectorial se considera que nunca es tarde para iniciar, aprender y avanzar, es as\u00ed que alineado al esp\u00edritu de ofrecer oportunidades para todas y todos, se establecen estrategias de alfabetizaci\u00f3n\u201d, detall\u00f3.<\/p>\n

Soto Obreg\u00f3n reconoci\u00f3 que se han identificado desaf\u00edos para hacer a frente a los retos se\u00f1alados en el Plan Estatal de Desarrollo 2021-2027, y debido a la pandemia se elaboraron diagn\u00f3sticos para recuperar los aprendizajes en todos los grados, especialmente en secundaria y media superior.<\/p>\n

En su participaci\u00f3n, la secretaria de Gobierno, Guadalupe Murgu\u00eda Guti\u00e9rrez,\u00a0\u00a0se congratul\u00f3 por la importancia de este programa que tiene como prop\u00f3sito que la educaci\u00f3n en la entidad sea de calidad y de alcance para todos.<\/p>\n

\u201cUn pilar fundamental de desarrollo en nuestra entidad, porque la educaci\u00f3n es sin duda la oportunidad que tiene la sociedad para despertar los valores humanos\u201d, precis\u00f3.<\/p>\n

El programa sectorial se compone por tres ejes de acci\u00f3n:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Iniciamos para generar oportunidades de aprendizajes para todas y todos.<\/li>\n
  2. Aprendemos para asegurar mecanismos para fortalecer la adquisici\u00f3n de herramientas, competencias y conocimientos.<\/li>\n
  3. Avanzamos\u00a0\u00a0para mejorar las condiciones actuales de la educaci\u00f3n y sus procesos.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Aunado a esto, plantea ocho grandes objetivos, los cuales marcar\u00e1n la ruta de navegaci\u00f3n sobre pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas educativas:<\/p>\n

      \n
    1. Fomentar la cultura a favor de la educaci\u00f3n inicial.<\/li>\n
    2. Generar oportunidades equitativas de acceso a trav\u00e9s de la ampliaci\u00f3n de la cobertura de la educaci\u00f3n obligatoria.<\/li>\n
    3. Asegurar trayectorias educativas completas, con aprendizajes significativos, que incrementen el grado de escolaridad de la poblaci\u00f3n, al promover la permanencia hasta la conclusi\u00f3n de la educaci\u00f3n obligatoria, particularmente en secundaria y educaci\u00f3n media superior.<\/li>\n
    4. Promover mecanismos de coordinaci\u00f3n entre las instituciones de educaci\u00f3n media superior y superior y los distintos \u00e1mbitos laborales para el fortalecimiento de competencias profesionales y humanas que faciliten la inclusi\u00f3n de los egresados.<\/li>\n
    5. Promover la investigaci\u00f3n y la innovaci\u00f3n cient\u00edfica con perspectiva de g\u00e9nero y con equidad.<\/li>\n
    6. Impulsar que las diferentes instituciones del sector educativo tengan buena gobernanza y eficiente administraci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n
    7. Coordinar acciones interinstitucionales y con la sociedad que contribuyan a la reducci\u00f3n del rezago educativo y del analfabetismo.<\/li>\n
    8. Fomentar y reactivar la pr\u00e1ctica deportiva en todos los grupos sociales.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
