\u201cProfesionalizaci\u00f3n y desarrollo de habilidades para el sector de alimentos y bebidas\u201d, impartido por la Universidad Tecnol\u00f3gica de Corregidora (UTC) en colaboraci\u00f3n con la Secretar\u00eda de Desarrollo Econ\u00f3mico de Corregidora y la C\u00e1mara Nacional de la Industria de Restaurantes y Alimentos Condimentados (CANIRAC).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La rectora de la UTC, Ana Eugenia Pati\u00f1o Correa, en compa\u00f1\u00eda del director de Atracci\u00f3n de Inversi\u00f3n y Emprendimiento de Corregidora, Javier Guti\u00e9rrez Villalobos, realizaron la entrega de 28 constancias de conclusi\u00f3n de esta primera generaci\u00f3n, conformada por empresarios restauranteros y emprendedores de la localidad, que buscan elevar los est\u00e1ndares de calidad de los servicios que se prestan al turismo nacional e internacional.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Se inform\u00f3, adem\u00e1s, que esta colaboraci\u00f3n entre la academia, gobierno y el sector productivo, tiene el prop\u00f3sito de dar impulso a la profesionalizaci\u00f3n del 100 por ciento de los negocios en Corregidora y sus comunidades, cat\u00e1logo compuesto por aproximadamente 500 peque\u00f1as y medianas empresas que recibir\u00e1n un distintivo de calidad por parte de CANIRAC.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El siguiente curso, de 36 horas, pr\u00f3ximo a iniciar, tendr\u00e1 continuidad con una segunda generaci\u00f3n, y considera temas como: manejo higi\u00e9nico de alimentos; costo unitario de alimentos y bebidas; flujo de caja; anfitri\u00f3n tur\u00edstico; estrategias de venta, as\u00ed como dise\u00f1o y elaboraci\u00f3n de procedimientos, lo que permitir\u00e1 dar a conocer la oferta tur\u00edstica y de servicios de
