{"id":24444,"date":"2022-11-22T13:10:14","date_gmt":"2022-11-22T19:10:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/queretaronetwork.tv\/?p=24444"},"modified":"2022-11-22T13:10:14","modified_gmt":"2022-11-22T19:10:14","slug":"reciben-alta-veinte-pacientes-con-viruela-simica","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/queretaronetwork.tv\/index.php\/2022\/11\/22\/reciben-alta-veinte-pacientes-con-viruela-simica\/","title":{"rendered":"Reciben alta veinte pacientes con viruela s\u00edmica"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La Secretar\u00eda de Salud (SESA) informa que del 25 de julio al 21 de noviembre, en el estado de Quer\u00e9taro se han identificado 48 personas que cumplen con la definici\u00f3n operacional de caso probable de viruela s\u00edmica, de los cuales 25 est\u00e1n confirmados, 19 descartados mediante prueba de laboratorio y cuatro pendientes de resultado.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En muestras de las lesiones cut\u00e1neas el Instituto de Diagn\u00f3stico y Referencia Epidemiol\u00f3gicos (InDRE) realiz\u00f3 la confirmaci\u00f3n a viruela s\u00edmica a trav\u00e9s de la reacci\u00f3n de la polimerasa en cadena (PCR). Del total de casos confirmados, el cien por ciento corresponden a hombres y est\u00e1n en un rango de 22 a 54 a\u00f1os y se encuentran distribuidos de la siguiente manera: 21 en el municipio de Quer\u00e9taro, tres en Corregidora y uno en San Juan del R\u00edo. Veinte pacientes ya fueron dados de alta.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La vigilancia epidemiol\u00f3gica se realiza mediante las unidades de primer y segundo nivel del sistema estatal de salud.\u00a0La viruela s\u00edmica o del mono dura en promedio 21 d\u00edas, se transmite por contacto directo con las secreciones de una persona enferma por medio de mucosas o lesiones de la piel, gotitas respiratorias y objetos contaminados con los l\u00edquidos corporales.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Se puede prevenir al evitar contacto f\u00edsico directo con personas enfermas o que se sospecha pudieran tener la enfermedad; el contacto sexual es una actividad que debe tomarse en cuenta, ya que se contagia por contacto muy estrecho entre dos o m\u00e1s personas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Existen pr\u00e1cticas que pueden incrementar el riesgo de infecciones, incluyendo la viruela s\u00edmica, como son: sexo con personas desconocidas, cuartos oscuros o fiestas sexuales; esto, debido al contacto estrecho entre las personas durante estas actividades.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Quienes cuidan a familiares con la enfermedad deben lavar con agua tibia y detergente la ropa, las toallas y s\u00e1banas de la persona enferma y los utensilios para comer; adem\u00e1s, limpiar y desinfectar superficies contaminadas. En caso de presentar s\u00edntomas, las y los pacientes deben evitar acercarse a otras personas y no acudir a lugares p\u00fablicos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El sitio\u00a0viruela.salud.gob.mx\u00a0cuenta con informaci\u00f3n disponible para la poblaci\u00f3n, as\u00ed como para personal de salud que atiende pacientes con sospecha de la enfermedad; el sitio
