pu\u0301blica\u00a0<\/strong>para la\u00a0<strong>construccio\u0301n\u00a0<\/strong>de la\u00a0<strong>refineri\u0301a \u201cDos Bocas\u201d en Tabasco.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El proceso estar\u00e1 abierto para recibir comentarios y propuestas ciudadanas que sera\u0301n integradas al expediente para el ana\u0301lisis del proyecto.<\/p>\n<div class=\"teads-inread sm-screen\">\n<div>\n<div class=\"teads-ui-components-adchoices\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Con el objeto de fomentar la participacio\u0301n ciudadana en la toma de decisiones, garantizar la integridad del medio ambiente con justicia para las comunidades y para brindar certeza juri\u0301dica, procedimental y de costos a las actividades del sector hidrocarburos de nuestro pai\u0301s.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La consulta forma parte del procedimiento de evaluacio\u0301n de la manifestacio\u0301n de\u00a0<strong>impacto ambiental\u00a0<\/strong>y su plazo legal empezo\u0301 a correr a partir del 18 de junio de 2019, fecha en la que fue solicitada por un residente de la comunidad.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_2502\" finalidad garantizar la transparencia, participacio\u0301n ciudadana y el derecho a un medio ambiente sano, tendra\u0301 una duracio\u0301n de 20 di\u0301as ha\u0301biles.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Las personas y\/o grupos de intere\u0301s que decidan realizar observaciones y proponer medidas de prevencio\u0301n y mitigacio\u0301n adicionales a este proyecto, debera\u0301n hacerlo por escrito de acuerdo con lo establecido en el arti\u0301culo 34 de la\u00a0<strong>Ley General de Equilibrio Ecolo\u0301gico y Proteccio\u0301n al Ambiente<\/strong>\u00a0(LGEEPA).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cabe recordar que las observaciones y comentarios que sean recibidos por la autoridad tanto en la consulta, como en la reunio\u0301n pu\u0301blica de informacio\u0301n, formara\u0301n parte del expediente.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Esto significa que las observaciones ciudadanas debera\u0301n ser tomadas en cuenta para el ana\u0301lisis y
