capacitaci\u00f3n y sensibilizaci\u00f3n a las y los trabajadores del Hospital General de Quer\u00e9taro para reconocer la importancia de sostener ambientes laborales saludables e incidir en la prevenci\u00f3n del hostigamiento sexual y el acoso sexual.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En la Secretar\u00eda de Salud (SESA) del estado de Quer\u00e9taro se llevan a cabo estas acciones en seguimiento a la pol\u00edtica p\u00fablica federal y estatal plasmada en el \u201cProtocolo para Prevenir, Atender y Sancionar el Acoso y Hostigamiento en raz\u00f3n de G\u00e9nero en el \u00c1mbito Laboral del Poder Ejecutivo del Estado de Quer\u00e9taro y sus Entidades\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Durante las sesiones se asegur\u00f3 que el objetivo es erradicar el hostigamiento sexual y el acoso entre el personal de salud; as\u00ed como que las v\u00edctimas conozca los mecanismos de levantamiento de queja y denuncia, asimismo que la persona agresora d\u00e9 cuenta que al reproducir conductas lascivas con fines sexuales comete un delito y por lo tanto es sancionable.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Los resultados esperados al sostener un clima laboral saludable, incidir\u00e1n en una cultura institucional de trasparencia, de principios y valores donde mujeres y hombres tengan las mismas oportunidades de crecimiento institucional libre de
