{"id":32796,"date":"2024-11-25T15:38:30","date_gmt":"2024-11-25T21:38:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/queretaronetwork.tv\/?p=32796"},"modified":"2024-11-25T15:38:41","modified_gmt":"2024-11-25T21:38:41","slug":"buscan-mas-sanciones-contra-el-maltrato-animal","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/queretaronetwork.tv\/index.php\/2024\/11\/25\/buscan-mas-sanciones-contra-el-maltrato-animal\/","title":{"rendered":"Buscan m\u00e1s sanciones contra el maltrato animal"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Homero Barrera Mcdonald, diputado local, una vez que sea remitida al Congreso Local se buscar\u00e1 armonizar las leyes locales con el marco federal y f<strong>ortalecer las sanciones contra el maltrato animal.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u201cPoner estas iniciativas a discusi\u00f3n de la ciudadan\u00eda que al final de cuentas es a quien m\u00e1s nos interesa dirigirnos para que estemos oponiendo sobre estos temas para el bien de los animales\u201d,<\/em>&nbsp;asegur\u00f3 Barrera.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El legislador tambi\u00e9n adelant\u00f3 que la&nbsp;<strong>Ley de Bienestar Animal incluir\u00e1 adecuaciones espec\u00edficas para Quer\u00e9taro<\/strong>, basadas en casos locales que han generado pol\u00e9mica, como el de los perros Athos y Tango, que eran dos perros adiestrados del equipo de rescates de la Cruz Roja en el estado de Quer\u00e9taro, los cuales fueron envenenados y murieron en junio del 2021.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u201cSe busca homologar la Ley, armonizarla aqu\u00ed en lo local y justo utilizar todas estas historias que han sucedido en nuestro estado para no vuelvan a suceder m\u00e1s\u201d,&nbsp;<\/em>explic\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, Barrera Mcdonald destac\u00f3 que esta propuesta forma parte de un trabajo legislativo que tambi\u00e9n abordar\u00e1 iniciativas como la simplificaci\u00f3n administrativa y la prisi\u00f3n preventiva, que llegar\u00e1n a la\u00a0<strong>LX Legislatura<\/strong>\u00a0en las pr\u00f3ximas sesiones del pleno. Estas iniciativas ser\u00e1n discutidas y adaptadas para atender las necesidades espec\u00edficas del estado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u201cNosotros, est\u00e1 la LXI Legislatura, vamos a ser responsables de poner a discusi\u00f3n (del bienestar animal) en el pleno\u201d,<\/em>&nbsp;apunt\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por otro lado, el diputado subray\u00f3 su compromiso con la modernizaci\u00f3n de la Legislatura de Quer\u00e9taro, un proyecto que busca convertirla en un referente de vanguardia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A decir del diputado, esta modernizaci\u00f3n incluir\u00e1 la sistematizaci\u00f3n de procesos parlamentarios y la mejora de la infraestructura legislativa, todo con el objetivo de optimizar el trabajo de los diputados y acercar la labor legislativa a los ciudadanos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u201cLa modernizaci\u00f3n es una prioridad. Estamos trabajando con cada legislador para lograr consensos y avanzar en una legislatura que responda a las demandas actuales de la poblaci\u00f3n\u201d<\/em>, indic\u00f3. Sin embargo, aclar\u00f3 que el presupuesto para este proyecto a\u00fan est\u00e1 en revisi\u00f3n y ser\u00e1 presentado en las pr\u00f3ximas semanas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con informaci\u00f3n de <a
